SymperiliPsy organizes small and large primary prevention actions for mental health, completely open to the public, in Thessaloniki and wherever invited.

After the huge success of the action in Thessaloniki, “Ask the Psychologist” is coming to Veria, to inspire even more unity, solidarity and psychoeducation. Get ready for a completely free innovative interactive psychological talk.
 
The procedure is simple: meet at the Events Hall of the Central Municipal Library of Veria, on Wednesday 07 May 2025, at 17:30. You freely ask Psychologist Maria Sgourou anything you want about anxiety, depression, relationship with ourselves and our body, nutrition and interpersonal relationships and she will answer you live.
 
A unique, spontaneous, group interaction with the goal that everyone, all of them, all leave having received answers to topics they’ve always wanted to discuss with a Psychologist but never had the chance.
 
Free registration is required here where you will also submit your questions, in the appropriate form, to facilitate the process. A certificate of participation will be provided.

Such a simple word and yet, such an elusive meaning. Daily clinical practice, in the psychotherapy office, highlights the enormous difficulty of young and old alike in discovering their personal purpose, the reason for which they have come to this earth.

Following the highly influential, open to the public Conference “Eros: From Half to Whole”, SymperiliPsy NGO returns, for the second year, with a new completely open to the public Conference, on Monday 24th of November 2025, 16:30-22:00, at the Vassiliko Theatre, 2 Ethnikis Amynis St., Thessaloniki, Greece. Together, we will search for the individual purpose of each of us and turn it into healing, a remedy for our psychological pain. The conference will be fully translated into Sign Language. A certificate of participation will be given.
